Terms & conditions

• Payment first: a booking is confirmed only once 100% of the hire and transport is paid online and the payment has cleared through Paystack. Nothing is reserved before that.
• Bookings need at least 3 days' notice so we can prepare.
• Prices are per day, 7am to 4pm. Keeping an item overnight is charged as a second full day.
• Transport is calculated online from our nearest base to your delivery address: the first 5 km are free, the rest is charged per km for delivery and collection (4 trips).
• You provide reliable electricity at the venue. We bring one 50 m extension lead; if the nearest outlet is further away, declare the distance when you book and the extra leads are charged.
• Rain and power problems (load shedding, outages or an unreliable supply) are force majeure events. Castles cannot run in the rain or without power, and there are no refunds because transport costs are already incurred.
• Every order includes the Indemnity & Damages Agreement: use is at your own risk, and damage, loss or theft of equipment is chargeable.
• An adult or a Dimple's Joy caretaker must supervise children on the castles at all times. Castles are not used in strong wind or rain.
• Partnership and revenue-share discussions start only after payment. Revenue-share terms are then agreed in writing.

Every order includes the Indemnity & Damages Agreement, which must be accepted and signed at checkout.
